	How does this work?
	After picking your design place your order through the website. You will be contacted within 24 hours. I will provide a draft of your card. After receiving final approval on the draft of your card, we will ship your order within 2 business days. Note: Please be aware that the email address you use to pay via PayPal is the email address we will respond to once we receive your order. Also be sure to add our email address (meredith@addiekate.com) to your safe list so our correspondence does not go to your "junk" or "spam" folder.
	What type of Paper are your Photo Cards printed on?
	Cards are printed on Fuji Crystal archive photo paper with a matte finish. This high quality photo paper will resist finger- prints and last for years to come.
	What are the magnets like?
	The magnets are a small black strip attached to the pack of your photo card. It is not a separate picture magnet.
	Can I pre-order my envelopes?
	Yes! We can send your envelopes ahead of time. If you would like to pay for your announcements in advance we do not charge an additional fee. Just order the design you would like (or, if you have not picked your favorite design yet, simply choose the "Custom Design" option and you can tell us which one to use later). On the order page, simply enter “pre-order envelopes� in the baby information fields. When your baby arrives, just e-mail the baby’s information and we will complete the order. If you would prefer to wait to submit your order we charge an additional $5.00 shipping charge to send envelopes plus 20 cents per envelope. We will subtract that cost from your final order. If you would like to use this option please send us an email via the Send an Email section of our website. Tell us how many and the size envelope you would like, and we will send you a link to pay.
	Do I need to edit my photo?
	I prefer that you allow Addie Kate Creations to edit your photo. We can change your color photo to black and white or sepia tone for no extra charge. We will crop your photo to best fit the chosen design.
	Can I send two photos to see which I prefer?
	Yes we can provide an additional proof free of charge.
	What if there is an error on my card?
	If there is an error on the draft that was approved we will reprint your cards at no cost. If the error occurs after your draft was approved we will reprint your cards at no cost and refund half of the purchase price.
	Can I pick a custom color, font or wording?
	Color can be changed on most designs. Just ask and we will try to accommodate your preferences. Wording and font can also be adjusted on most designs.
	I am having a baby in the fall, do you offer holiday announcements?
	We do have a holiday birth announcements gallery but can also modify any of our birth announcements designs as a holiday birth announcement.
	I'm having twins, do you have design options?
	Yes, we have a Twins / Multiples Gallery. Also, most designs can be adapted for multiples. If you see one that you would like adapted, don't hesitate to send us an email!
	Do you have adoption announcements?
	Most of our designs can be modified as an adoption announcement. Please e-mail us if you have any questions about a particular design.
	I want to order two different designs for two different occasions at once, how do I do that?
	Please send us an e-mail with the number of cards for each design and the size (4x6 and 5x7) and we will send you a link to pay. This will ensure you are only charged shipping and handling fees once.
	How does the custom design option work?
	Our custom design option is available for no additional charge. At this time we are requiring pre-payment for custom designs due to the work involved in creating the design. We will however work with you on the design until you are completely satisfied with it. If you have questions about a custom design, please send us an e-mail. We cannot however accommodate requests to duplicate another designer’s work or to use trademarked characters or logos in our designs.
